  What sort of checks can be done?

As part of Alliance Security’s screening services we can:

  • Verification of personal information such as address and date of birth
  • Check of registrations on Electoral Register or equivalent
  • Verify academic qualifications
  • Verify professional or trade qualifications
  • Confirm memberships of professional bodies
  • Provide employment and personal references
  • Confirm employment history
  • Undertake a check of financial probity
  • Details of current and past directorships
  • Report on other company interests
  • Perform Land registry searches
  • Undertake detailed reference checking
  • Carry out international media searches
  • Undertake a Disclosure Service (Criminal Record checks)

The screening requirement will vary from role to role.

Alliance offers flexibility pre-employment screening package where you can use a standard ‘off the shelf’ package or tailor a solution to your individual screening requirements from the available range of options.

A Level 1 package would generally be aimed at:
Broad level of positions including graduate entrants

A Level 2 package would generally be aimed at:
Low to middle level management positions

A Level 3 package would generally be aimed at:
Executive level, Directors and Senior Managers

On completion of the screen a detailed report is presented to the client. Web-enabled tracking and delivery is anticipated for 2005.
